Carbon Nanosphere Counter Electrode in Perovskite Solar Cells
【摘要】：Develop low-cost carbon counter electrodes is a research hotspot in hole transport layer free perovskite solar cells [1-2]. In this study, specific carbon spheres are synthesized using confined nanospace strategy, and then applied in perovskite solar cells as counter electrode. The perovskite solar cells fabricated using solid(SCS), hollow(HCS), open-ended(OCS) carbon sphere counter electrode achieve power conversion efficiency of 8.76%, 9.17%, and 10.19%. The excellent activity of carbon sphere electrodes can be attributed to constructed stable multi-level network channel architecture of the carbon sphere layers, which can enhance the charge extract and transfer properties. Thus, the prepared carbon spheres are potential candidates to the noble metal counter electrodes.
