Facile Synthesis of Halide Double Perovskite Nanocrystals

【摘要】:Lead-based halide perovskite has become an excellent semiconductor material,which is widely used in various optoelectronic fields,such as luminescence,excitation and photon detection.However,they still face two main problems:toxicity and poor stability.Fortunately,halide double perovskite materials with formula of A_2M(I)M(III)X_6 or A_2M(IV)X_6(two divalent lead ions are substituted by one monovalent and one trivalent ions,or one tetravalent ion.) are considered as stable and green substitutes for lead-based perovskite,which has attracted extensive research in recent three years.The halide double perovskite has excellent stability and a few have excellent photoelectric properties~([1]).Halide double perovskite Cs_2AgInCl_6 is a direct gap semiconductor material with good water,light,and thermal stability.Through further bandgap engineering,it shows great potential for photovoltaic and other photoelectric applications~([2]).Here,we demonstrate a facile hot-injection method to prepare Cs_2AgInCl_6 nanocrystals,as show in Figure 1,and we intend to improve its luminescent properties by doping metal ions.
