Polyaniline-Co_(0.5)Zn_(0.5)La_(0.1)Fe_(1.90)O_4 Composites in the 8.2-12.4GHz Frequency Range
【摘要】:正The polyaniline(PANI) and PANI-Co_(0.5)Zn_(0.5)La_(0.1)Fe_(1.90)O_4(x wt%,x=10,20 and 30) composites were prepared by an in situ polymerization in an aqueous solution.The structure and morphologies of the synthesized products were characterized by Ultraviolet-visible spectrometer(UV-vis),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and Scanning electron microscope(SEM).The complex permittivity(ε'-jε") and complex permeability(μ'-jμ") were measured inX-band(8.2-12.4GHz) by using vector network analyzer(HB8510B).The dielectric loss(ε") of PANI-Co_(0.5)Zn_(0.5)La_(0.1)Fe_(1.90)O_4(x wt%) were lower than those of pure PANI,whereas the magnetic loss(u") of PANI-Co_(0.5)Zn_(0.5)La_(0.1)Fe_(1.90)O_4 (x wt%) were higher than those of pure PANI.Furthermore,theε" values of composites decreased and the u" values of composites increased, respectively,with the increase of Co_(0.5)Zn_(0.5)La_(0.01)Fe_(1.90)O_4 relative content.
