The effect of microencapsulation for the myoblasts with VEGF gene which is secrete VEGF protein

【摘要】：正Objective To observe the implantation of microencapsulation for the myoblasts with VEGF gene which is secrete VEGF protein.the experimentation is ready for the animal experiment that is the rats model with a ischemic skin flap.MethodsThe myoblasts were processed by different approaches,microencapsulation and non-microencapsulation Result Test results confirmed that encapsulated and non-microencapsulated are not significant difference.they were increased in 1-4 days and it is close to the peak in No 5 day.After 7 days,the concentration decreased slowly.Conclusions it is not significantly affect the process of secrete VEGF that the myoblast with VEGF gene microencapsulated or not.
