Genome Evolution in Allohexaploid Common Wheat(Triticum aestivum)
【摘要】:正Allopolyploidy has played a prominent role in organismal evolution, particularly in angiosperms.Allohexaploidization between tetraploid wheat,Triticum turgidum(most probably cultivated durum, genome BBAA) and Aegilops tauschii(genome DD) is a critical step leading to the formation of common wheat as a new species,T.aestivum(genome BBAADD),as well as for bestowing its remarkable adaptability. In this talk,I will present results of our recent investigations on chromosomal, genetic, epigenetic and gene expression stability or changes accompanying the early stages of allohexaploidization in allohexaploid wheat.By using a series of synthetic allohexaploid wheat linesanalogous in genomic composition to that of the natural
