The Effects of Several Regulatory Genes on Antibiotic Productivity of the Industrial and its Derived Strains of Streptomyces avermitilis

【摘要】:正In the model Streptomyces strains such as Streptomyces ceolicolor and Streptomyces lividans, the antibiotics productivity can be greatly increased by many antibiotic biosynthetic regulatory genes. Here we reported that several known regulatory genes were cloned into an integrative vector and introduced by conjugal transfer from E. coli to the Streptomyces avermitilis industrial stains that produced avermectins or doramectin. The avermectin B1 a yield in strain MMR630 increased
