2 μm emission from Ho~(3+)-doped tantalum tellurite glasses by in-band pumping

【摘要】:正Eye-safe 2 μm lasers have progressed greatly in the past decades,owing to their broad potential applications such as laser lidar,gas sensing,material processing and laser ssurgery~([1]).Ho~(3+) is one of the rare-earth ions emits at 2μm,however,it lacks absorption band at commercial laser diode (LD)wavelengths (808,980 nm).In-band pumping (~1.95μm) is a convenient way to solve this problem,
