THE STRUCTURE OF JOB ENGAGEMENT AND THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN JOB ENGAGEMENT AND LEADER-MEMBER EXCHANGE
【摘要】:正 Job engagement (JE) was hypothesized as the 'opposite side' of job burnout. The purpose of this study was to examine the factorial structure of JE, and the relationship between leader-member exchange (LMX) and JE in Chinese context. 484 employees from a large telecommunication corporation participated in the survey. Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) was first conducted and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was further employed, resulting in a 3-factor structure, whose names were vigor, dedication and absorption, respectively.
