【摘要】：正The activity of ryanodine receptor(RyR) can be modulated by redox reagents and non-redox modulators. Because of their electron transfer properties,various modulators may have different effects on the status of the functional thiols on RyR,which leading to the change of channel gating.In this research,methods such as photon bleaching assay,CPM labeling,surface enhanced Raman spectrum,photon correlation spectroscopy
