Functional Analysis of Pathogenicity-related Gene BPR1 of Botrytis cinerea
【摘要】:正Botrytis cinerea is a broad-host-range necrotrophic fungus, which infects at least 200 plant species, including a range of agronomic important crops, fruits, vegetables, flowers, ornamental plants and so on.In recent years, with the genome sequencing of B.cinerea strain B05.10(http://www.broad.mit.edu/annotation/genome/botrytis_cinerea/Home.html) and T4(http://urgi.Versailles.inra.fr/projects/Botrytis/),B.cinerea has become a model organism for molecular plant pathology and developmental biology. The significant progresses in functional genomics of B.cinerea will provide important theoretical basis for the control of gray mold.Currently, there are two strategies used in B.cinerea genome research, either from phenotype to gene or from genes to phenotypes, the former is more often used,in this study we also used this approach.
