【摘要】:正 By means of the experiment of Gleeble-1500 thermal simulator and numerical analysis the mechanical behavior under deformation condition was investigated for Mn18Cr18N steel. The paper regressed the stress-strain relationship of and studied the relation of hot deformation. Through respectively analyzing and studying and getting the data from the test, the hot deformation dynamics, activation energy(Q), stress exponent(n), and the critical stress equation of dynamic recrystallization, the flow stress-strain model for the steel at high temperature were given. All these will provide theory basis of computer simulator and optimization of hot forming process.
