意大利黑麦草种子的愈伤组织诱导和植株再生(英文)

【摘要】：正This experiment was carried out to obtain basic information on some factors affecting callus formation and plantregeneration in seed culture of Italian ryegrass.Two Italian ryegrass(Lolium multiflorum Lam) varieties,Florida 80 and domesticHwasan 101 were compared for the capacity of both callus formation and plant regeneration.Seeds were soaked in 70% ethanol for30 second and in 1% NaOCl for 45 minutes for sterilization.Calli were induced by setting seeds in the dark for 30 days in SH(Schenk and Hildebrandt),MS(Murashige and Skoog) and N6 medium (Chu) containing different combinations of 2,4-D (2,4-dichlorophenoxy acetic acid),NAA(1-naphtalene acetic acid),kinetin(6-furfurylaminopurine) and BA (6-Bentylaminopurine).
