【摘要】:正pH-Responsive systems are promising for their applicability in wide areas including drug delivery and gene transfection therapy.Synthetic routes and fabrication strategies leading to new-generation,dynamically tunable materials are often inspired by biological systems due to their specificity and ability to respond to stimuli.The formation and cleavage of metal ion-ligand coordination bonds are sensitive to external pH variations because both metal ions and protons are Lewis acids and compete to combine with the ligand,which is a Lewis base. This mechanism is intrinsic to natural systems,e.g.during transferrin recycle in cells,iron ions are transferred from the extracellular environment into the cytoplasm by the formation and breakage of coordination bonds in response to a pH change.Therefore,it is possible to use a biomimetic coordination bonding process to construct an advanced synthetic
