Evaluation of Ultrasound Application in Diagnosis and Clinical staging of thyroid cancers
【摘要】:We determining the clinical diagnosis and clinical staging of thyroid carcinoma by investigating the ultrasound features. 407 cases of thyroid carcinoma were collected. We analyzed and compared the ultrasound features in different pathologic classification of thyroid carcinoma, and classify the ultrasonic pattern of thyroid carcinoma according to the ultrasound features. The results are used to implement preoperative staging of thyroid carcinoma by ultrasound. We combined the ultrasound features with pathologic classification of thyroid carcinoma, We make these patients into six groups by ultrasound:1. classical;2.non-typical;3.microminiature;4.diffuse sclerosing;5.medullary; 6.undifferentiated. Ultrasonic types of papillary thyroid carcinoma:①classical ②microminiature ③diffuse ④cystic ⑤peripheral ⑥multi-nodules ⑦invasive ⑧complic Hashimoto . Grouping the ultrasonic type of cervical lymph node metastasis:①cystic ②micro calcification ③macro-lymph type ④microminiature ⑤invasive type. The ultrasound assessment clinical stage has a higher accuracy rate and specificity,The ccuracy rate of T stage is 93.9%. Ultrasound is an useful tool in the evaluation of the qualification, quantification, and location of thyroid carcinoma and cervical lymph node metastasis.
