Hsp90 regulates degradation of AMP kinase by small molecular inhibiting in HeLa cells

【摘要】：正The inhibitor of Hsp90 has been a probe to discover the client protein of Hsp90 and the mechanism of it acts on.In this study,we used two inhibitors geldanamycin(GA) and mycoepoxydiene(MED) to probe AMPK(a kinase of AMP) as a novel client protein of Hsp90,and find the direct interaction between them.
