Charge carrier dynamics in perovskite microcrystals and nanocrystals

【摘要】:正Study the charge carrier recombination and transfer dynamics are necessary to understand the excellent properties in perovskite based device and to further improve the devices’ performance. Perovskite single crystals are free of grain boundaries which are ideal candidates to study the intrinsic properties in perovskites. We have studied the one-photon excitation (OPE) and two-photon excitation (TPE) dynamic photoluminescence in CH3NH3PbBr3 and CsPbBr3 perovskite microcrystals.
