An Efficient Process for the Synthesis of Fluorine and Phosphorus Containing 4H-Pyrans

【摘要】：The development of phosphorus-contained drug depends on supporting and accumulation of phosphorus organic synthetic chemistry.How to synthesis potential medicinal compounds efficiently which contained both fluorine and phosphorus is always an important direction.Herein,a three-component,one-pot reaction was studied in this part by using trifluoromethyl alkynylphosphonate 2,malononitrile 1 and cyclic 1,3-diketones 3 as starting materials.Triethylamine was added into a mixture of trifluoromethyl alkynylphosphonate 2 and malononitrile 1.After a short time,cyclic 1,3-diketones 3 was added into the reaction system.A series of both fluorine and phosphorus containing 4H-pyrans 4 was obtained via this one-pot three-component reaction(Table 1).
