Preparation of novel TiO_(2-x)N_y visible light photocatalyst
【摘要】：A kind of novel Nitrogen-doped TiO2 visible light photocatalyst was prepared by hydrothermal treating the nanotube titanic acid (NTA) in an ammonia aqueous solution at 210℃ for 3h. Electron spin resonance (ESR) spectas showed a signal at g = 2.003, which indicated that much single –electron-trapped oxygen vacancies existed in the sample. The binding energy of N1s was 399.6 eV measured by XPS and revealed that formed N-O–Ti structures in TiO2-xNy. X-ray diffraction (XRD) showed that the sample was a mixture of anatase and rutile. Photoluminescence (PL) indicated that the sample had a strong PL peak and DRS showed the sample had a strong absorption at the visible region. Photocatalytic decoloration of the Methylene Blue (MB) solution was carried out in the visible light region (420-700 nm) and showed a higher visible light photocatalytic reaction Rate for this reaction .
