【摘要】:正The development of practical technology for the preparation of cyanohydrins, α,β-unsaturated nitriles and β-aminoalcohols from readily available carbonyl compounds is an important area in organic chemistry. One straightforward method for synthesizing such compounds makes use of cyanohydrin trimethylsilyl ethers, which are generally prepared by the addition of trimethylsilyl cyanide (TMSCN) to carbonyl compounds in the presence of catalysts commonly used in asymmetry synthesis.
