【摘要】:正Smad7 functions as an inhibitor of TGF-βsignals pathway. Previous study showed that Smad7 was over-expressed in α-particle-induced tumorigenic cell lines BERP35T2 and this dysregulation of Smad7 might facilitate cells proliferation. To further investigate the mechanism of Smad7 in cells proliferation, we explored the role of Smad7 in TGF-β-mediated activation of Smads and ERK/MAPK signal pathway in BERP35T2 and its parental cell line
