【摘要】：正Introduction The automobile industry worldwide has been particularly hit very hard by the global economic crisis that began in 2007.The skyrocketing oil price in 2008 also adds more fuel to the crisis of the automobile industry.People are thinking the economic effect of their decision makings more than ever before.The behavior of consumers worldwide,especially in US,has been changed.They save more and spend less.In the manufacturing industry, some are starting to think about how to economically optimize the manufacturing process.Steve Phillips at NIST
