【摘要】：正We recently reported that marchantin M(Mar M),a cyclic bisbibenzyl compound,was an active agent to induce apoptosis in human prostate cancer,but the molecular mechanisms of action remain largely unknown.Here,we demonstrated that Mar M treatment dramatically enhanced LC3B expression and turnover,suggesting that Mar M induced autophagy.Autophagic cell death was responsible for its cancer cell death-
