Optical Properties of Alloy,Heterocrystalline and Superlattice Semiconductor Nanostructures
【摘要】:正Using spectroscopic methods,including Raman scattering,photoluminescence(PL) and cathodoluminescence(CL),we have studied the optical properties of pseudo-binary alloy ZnSSe, heterocrystalline GaN and superlattice In_2O(ZnO)_m nanostructures.Whenever experimental conditions would permit,we concentrate on a representative nanostructure rather than on an assembly of them.Optical
