【摘要】:正More active learning of medical undergraduates in physiological laboratory course has been paid much attention in basic medical education over the world.A key problem is whether enough time and space will be efficiently utilized by the undergraduates themselves.For psychological aspects of teaching-learning processes in the classroom,the teacher tried to give the students the operation skill-demonstration before the undergraduates performed the experiments.Surely,the media has been a good visual-auditory tool for physiological practical of the undergraduates.But a completely active learning method might be hypothesized to be more efficient and useful for the undergraduates to find"new methods"to explore classic skill or knowledge.Since 1990 a fully student's exploring study has successfully carried out in our research lab.All medical undergraduate are 2-year students who had studied the course of human anatomy and histology before entering the student's physiological lab.In details,a key point of undergraduates' active learning way was how to utilize the the course time and space by the undergraduates independently.Basically,it includes pre-reading experimental guidance,performing surgical operations, recording the experimental results,collecting or analyzing the original data,preparing the plots and writing the reports.The students will try to search,to read and to cite the papers published on journals in their reports.The coordination of eye,hand and mind will be stressed before or during the students' lab course.Some crucial procedure will be mentioned and monitored.The students will understand:(1) what the active learning is or how to create active learning way respectively;(2) that new skills will be recurrently used since it was used at the beginning of the lab course.(3) how to hold the instrument correctly;(4) how to collect the data or writing the experimental reports in a scientific way;(5) how to protect or how to save animal life as a clinician save the patients' life.(6) how to become professional or ethic for clinical practice,….Results:some crucial experimental skills were tried successfully and mastered by the medical undergraduates in the active-learning way in 2009.The undergraduates acquired new psychological experiences as a future medical doctor first because of surgical operation and observations of life phenomenon on the living experimental animals.The undergraduates enjoyed their exploring study in the classroom, through which many problems might be faced and solved successfully.For instance,the students took two hours to finish efficiently their surgery operations,i.e.trachea,carotid arterial and bladder intubation before they did not watch or do it without any other guidance(Sep of 2009-Jan of 2010).It suggested that an important combination of a professionally or ethically medical education with exploring physiological practical train was useful for the second year medical undergraduates' active learning.It will be benefit for a rapid development of medical education over the world.
