【摘要】：There are always unmodeled dynamics and various disturbances in the real biological complex systems.Considering the disturbances can make the model more practical to the real situation.H∞control is a way to solve the control problems with disturbances.In this paper we consider the ploy-chamber model of the endocrine disruptor-Diethylstibestrol(DES)-moving in a human body.We extend the existed linear model to the nonlinear model with disturbances and find a feedback controller by H∞ control.
