Optimum tuning of PID Controllers Based on Step Response
【摘要】：正A method for tuning of PID controllers in a closed loop, based on step response of the system, is proposed. After exciting the system by step signal, the performance characteristics of step response are obtained. Linear approximation is made on the step response between the time interval of 0 and peak time. And accurate formula for computing the parameters of PID controllers are got in an analytical way by comparing the real step response with that of the optimal response. Simulation experiments show that the tuning method is easy to use, simple to understand and can provide good performance for a wide range of industrial processes.
