Predicition of Domain and three-dimensional structure of Homo sapiens PPARγ transcript variant 1 Protein

【摘要】:To predict the three-dimensional structure and binding site of ligand based on amino acidsequence of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma(PPARγ),transcript variant1 Protein.The secondary structure and surface properties of PPARγtranscript variant 1 Proteinsuch as hydrophilicity,physical and chemical properties,surface probability,flexibleregions,trans–membrane domain,signal peptide and secondary structure were analyzedto predict its binding site of ligand by bioinformatics methods and means.The threedimensionalstructure was obtained by submitting amino acid sequence to the swissmodelserver.Many potential bingding site of ligand were identified.Conclusion:The secondarystructure and bingding site of ligand of PPARγtranscript variant 1 Protein were predictedsuccessfully by multiparameter.This study provided a foundation for identificationof its advantage binding site of ligand and understanding its biological functions on thebasis of protein structure.
