Studies on the stability of Cytoglobin

【摘要】：正Cytoglobin(CYGB) is a recently discovered hemeprotein belonging to the globin superfamily together with hemoglobin,myoglobin and neuroglobin[1].While CYGB is expressed in various tissues,its physiological role is not clearly understood.Because of the difference of protein i's structure and the sub-cellular location,CYGB is likely to have physiological functions which are dissimilar to other globin proteins [3].
