High-Throughput SiRNA Arrays for Cell Migration Study

【摘要】：正Cell migration played a critical role in tissue development,would healing and cancer metastasis.However,mechanisms regulating cell migration remain enigmatic.RNA interference (RNAi) technology was a recently discovered post- transcriptional approach of gene silencing,by which the generation of protein would be inhibited due to the blockage of mRNA translation or cleavage of mRNA.The implementation of various siRNA libraries has allowed genome-wide functional screening of genes or proteins related to certain signaling pathways or biological processes,thus opening a new window to globally unveiling complex signal regulation networks at the molecular level.
