Protein-protein interaction studied by NMR
【摘要】:正 Protein-protein interaction plays an important role in various cellular processes. Understanding how individual protein-protein interaction function in time and space require detailed genetic, biochemical, and structural characterization. NMR spectroscopy is highly suited to investigate molecular interactions between proteins or proteins and peptides at close to physiological conditions. It is possible to obtain a high resolution structure of a complex and also feasible to map the interaction interface.
