Precise Mandibular Reconstruction with the Iliac Flap Using Series of Digital Surgical Guides
【摘要】：正Objective: Evaluate the accuracy of the iliac flap in reconstructing mandibular defects under the guidance of a series of digital surgical guides.Patients and Methods: a retrospective review of 7 patients with mandibular defects reconstructed with an iliac flap under the guidance of a series of digital surgical guides at the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Peking University School and Hospital of Stomatology from September 2017 to June 2018. The virtual surgical planning(VSP) was done pre-operatively. A resin stereo model was printed for pre-bending the titanium plate. The pre-bent titanium plate and the stereo model were three-dimensional(3D) scanned to obtain the relative positions of the titanium plate and the mandible. Based on the above information, design the series of surgical guide for the osteotomy and shaping to accurately transfer the information of VSP to the surgery. Deviation distribution after 3D comparison was used to evaluate the accuracy of the surgery.
