Genetic Modification of Cephalosporin C-producing Strain

【摘要】：正Cephalosporin C(CPC) has important economic value in industry since it acts as raw materials for synthesis of 7-ACA,intermediate of P-lactam antibiotics production.In the biosynthesis pathway of CPC production,from deacetylcephalosprorin C(DAC) to CPC,which catalyzed by DAC-acetyltransferase,is a rate-limiting step. We cloned DAC-acetyltransferase coding gene cefG and constructed an recombinant plasmid in which cefG was located directly downstream of the Acrymonium
