Synthesis of 3-amino-6,7-dimethoxy-2H-chromen-2-one

【摘要】：Ningalin A was isolated from an ascidian of the genus Didemnum collected in western Australia near Ningaloo Reef by Fenical in 1997[1]. It's highly condensed and symmetrical structure aroused our interest, and 3-amino-6,7-dimethoxy-2 H-chromen-2-one was considered the precursor of it in our team(Scheme 1). we have accomplished the synthesis of the 3-amino-6,7-dimethoxy-2 H-chromen-2-one in three steps [2,3].
