Manage Cross-Cultural Conflicts from the Interaction Perspective

【摘要】:Most previous research on cross-cultural conflict management has focused on finding the causes and methods of cross-cultural conflicts by comparing the differences between cultures from a macro perspective. Few scholars have thought about cross-cultural conflicts from a micro perspective of cultural interactions, neither have they fully realized that managers should stand between the culture bodies to manage cross-cultural conflicts. Since the cross-cultural interaction process has been overlooked by previous research, this paper focus on cross-cultural conflict management from a micro and interaction perspective, aiming to raise people’s awareness of managing cross-cultural conflicts from the interaction perspective.
