Study on the Impact of Climate Change on the Society and Economy——Based on a Case of Heilongjiang Province in Northern China

【摘要】:正With the rapid increase of population and the reinforcement of human's economical activities,the climate change has become more and more obvious.In return,this kind of change has exerted far-reaching influences on society,economics and nature system.Taking Heilongjiang Province,the important grain production base in Northern China for example,this thesis analyzed the characteristics of climate change in the past 50 years and the law of the occurrence of disasters caused by emergent and extreme weather,summarized the positive and negative impacts of these changes on agricultural production,people's daily life,tourism etc., and concluded that:First,as for the agricultural production in the district of North Latitude 40-50 degree,the influence of climate change mingled hope and fear.Specifically,the rise of temperature did help to the production increase as well as the growth of cereals.But climate change also caused more paroxysmal drought and rough weather which brought grievous loss.Second,climate change brought about an increase of warm winter weather which promoted the decrease of energy consumption and expenses in the area where the heating period is relatively long.Third,climate change shortened the operation period of tourism projects in winter and made the return of investment a big discount.
