【摘要】：正Gallium-zinc oxynitride(Ga N:Zn O)solid solution has attracted a great deal of interest these years as a suitable photocatalyst for overall water splitting.The traditional synthesis method for synthesis of Ga N:Zn O used Ga2O3 and Zn O as raw materials.[1]It involves long nitridation times(15 hours),high temperatures(850°C),and low Zn content of the synthesized photocatalyst.Another Ga N:Zn O preparation method has also been
