半导体纳米线阵列太阳能电池复合电极的研究
【摘要】:Vertical-aligned ZnO/CdTe nanocable arrays-on-ITO was realized through electrochemical deposition of CdTe on ZnO nanorod arrays in a neutral electrolyte.By adjusting the total charge quantity,the CdTe shell thickness can be tuned from several hundreds to several tens nanometer.The nanocable array-on-ITO architecture with good optical absorption of uniform CdTe shell,as well as the typeⅡband alignment and sharp interfaces of ZnO and CdTe,makes it an ideal photoelectrode which showing good photovoltaic performance.The neutral electrodeposition method can be general used in the decoration of CdTe on different materials which would be of interest in different applications.
