COMPREHENSIVE ASSESSMENT OF ENTERPRISE MANAGER BASED ON JOB PERFORMANCE

【摘要】：正 Based on the fuzzy sct theory, a way for comprehensive assessment of the enterprise manag-ers is put forward, and by Delphi method, an index system for the assessment is established. This wayquantifies the qualitative index in the assessing factors used in a common way and rejects the influencesthat not brought about by enterprise applied managers, thereby bringing the assessing results compara-ble. ln addition, through the combination of the assessing results and risk income, a new train ofthought for determination of managers salary is put forward.
