System Optimal Model in Transport Network with Stochastic Degradations
【摘要】：正 Some recent studies focused on user's travel time reliability. However, the studies mainly analyze its properties as an UE problem. As a total system, there is a central organization to completely coordinate all path choice, or the traffic allocation is dictated from a central authority, therefore, all commuters select their routes so that the total network travel time (or cost) is minimized. Based on these, we present a system optimal model in transport network with stochastic degradations(SO model). Finally, a numerical example is given to demonstrate the properties of this model.
