Dynamical analysis of the Myc/E2F/miR-17-92 network involving interlinked positive and negative feedback with time delay
【摘要】:In this paper,we consider a delayed Myc/E2 F/mi R-17-92 network,which is composed of coupling between Myc/E2 F/mi R-17-92 delayed negative feedback loop and Myc/E2 F positive feedback loops.Based on the linear stability and bifurcation theory,sufficient conditions for the stability and oscillation of the network are derived.By choosing the time delay? and the inhibition strength as bifurcation parameters,we show that Hopf bifurcation can occur as the parameters cross the critical values,respectively.
