High-performance Supercapacitor Based on Ag_2S/porous carbon Composite

【摘要】:This work reports on the physical characteristics and electrochemical properties of the composite Ag_2S nanoparticle and porous carbon(PC) derived from polypyrrole(Ppy) as electrode material. The N-doped carbon was produced by means of chemical activation using Potassium hydroxide(KOH) as activating agent with the activation temperature of 750 °C. The specific surface area of 4090 m~2g~(-1) was achieved and consists mainly of mesoporous. The as-prepared composite is characterized using X-ray diffraction(XRD), Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR), Scanning electron microscopy(SEM), Transmission electron microscope(TEM). The electrochemical properties of the composites were analyzed using cyclic voltammetry, galvanostatic charge-discharge and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy in 6M KOH as electrolyte.
