Impact of cell shape on cell migration behaviors on elastic substrate
【摘要】:正Cell shape is known to have profound effects on a number of mechanical behaviors of cell. Matrix rigidity plays a crucial role in cells physiological process and pathological process,especially in cells'migratory process.In the present paper we study the roles of cell shape and matrix rigidity in cell migration through modeling the effect of cell shape on cell traction force distribution, the traction force dependent dynamics stability of cell adhesion,and the matrix rigidity dependent traction force formation.To quantify the driving force of cell migration,a parame-
