Negotiation Life Cycle and Al-based Negotiation Modeling for Interactive Marketing System
【摘要】：正Negotiation is a process of cooperative decision-making between parlies concerning the resolution of a common dispute. The goal of negotiation is to develop a settlement that is acceptable to both parties . In ecommerce application, the interaction between producer and consumer is common and is known as interactive (online) marketing system . In this paper we focus on modeling the negotiation life cycle of the interactive marketing system. We further propose an AI-based negotiation technique in interactive marketing system.
