Adult midgut malrotation:MDCT findings of 14 cases
【摘要】:正Introduction Midgut malrotation is a congenital anomaly of the intestinal rotation and/or fixation which usually presents in neonatal populations(1-3).However,it has been reported occasionally in adult patients(4-6).Because it has propensity to the life-threatening complications, such as midgut volvulus, internal hernia and intussusception, timely diagnosis is crucial for the patient management(5,7).Nevertheless,diagnosis of adult midgut malrotation is nearly always neglected for its nonspecific manifestation and rare incidence(1,2,5,7).
