Effects of Glyphosate on target-sites and non-target sites of herbicide in soybean apical bud

【摘要】：正Glyphosate,which is a broad spectrum and non-selective herbicide,has been widely used for weed control.Because transformed the exogenous 5-enolypyruvylshikimate- 3-phosphate synthase gene(EPSPS) into soybean,soybean had high resistance to glyphosate.In order to get knowledge of mRNA expression patterns and affect mechanisms of glyphosate in soybean apical bud,Digital Gene Expression Profiling (DGE) was used to identify discriminating responses of soybean apical bud to 2.10
