【摘要】：正The purpose of the work - identification of cultures of B1 and T1 by genetically methods.Biochemical and morphological properties of bacteria are a major criterion for genus and species identification of microorganisms.Recently,increasing development and importance of genotyping method with using polymerase chain reaction(PCR).
