Genetic diversity and differentiation of H.ovina populations by AFLP
【摘要】:正The genetic diversity and differentiation of H. ovina populations were tested by AFLP technique. The results showed there were the high levels of genetic diversity, the polymorphic loci percentage were 90.75%, 79.71%, 80.37%, respectively; the effective number of alleles were 1.3951,1.3581, 1.3376, respectively; Nei's gene diversity were 0.2398, 0.2168 and 0.2075, respectively; Shannon's Information index were 0.3729, 0.3355 and 0.3247, respectively. The results also showed there was the low levels of genetic differentiation among three H. ovina populations, the genetic distance was from 0.015 to 0.036. The value of GST was 0.015.
