【摘要】：正Synonymous mutations are mutations that change the nucleotide sequence of a gene without changing its encoding amino acid sequence.Because these mutations don't alter the expressed protein,they are frequently also called silent mutations.Yet increasing evidence demonstrates that synonymous mutations are not totally neutral.In particular,
