The effects of maternal dietary treatment with DHEA on lipid metabolism parameters in offspring broilers

【摘要】：正In order to study the maternal effects of DHEA on lipid metabolism,DHEA was added at either 0(control),25 or 50 mg/kg feed in a total of 75 female broiler and 6 male broiler diets(16 weeks),all of which received the same basal diets.Eggs were collected after treatment with DHEA and incubated at 38.5℃,at a relative humidity of 60%.Broiler offspring were fed the same basal diets from day 1 to day 42.Abdominal fat pad liver and blood samples were obtained
