【摘要】：正Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and their derivatives are widespread harmful compounds generated by the incomplete combustion of organic material arising, in part, from natural combustion such as forest fires and volcanic eruptions, but for the most part from emissions due to human activities. Information of PAH characteristics from the emission sources and in ambient air proposed by previous studies were collected and presented in this article. Finally, the inventory of PAH emission from stationary sources and mobile sources in Taiwan were investigated in this study. The result showed that the amounts of total PAH and total BaPeq emission in Taiwan were 757 and 23.9 metric ton/year, respectively. The main total-PAH emission followed the order petrochemicals (21.0%) cooking (19.4%) diesel-engine vehicles (11.9%) electric power supply (8.77%). However, the main total-BaPeq emission followed the order cooking (40.0%) electric power supply (23.2%) petrochemicals (18.0%) non-metallic mineral products (4.75%). The information in this article is useful to control PAH emission.
